So do a lot of Brazilians, on average, get plastic surgery?

I'm not sure what the world average is but Brazil is one of the few places I've been where you can get plastic surgery on your boobs, lips and butt all in one visit. I think the part that makes it so attractive is the relatively low cost compared to so many other places in the world. Brazil, by culture, are incredibly in love with the concept of Body Beautiful and for the most part are very comfortable in the skin given to them naturally but if they have the means, then they often opt to improve upon what god blessed them with. Even women that I've met that are incredibly beautiful and happy with what they have dream of improvements be it surgically or through dedicated physical fitness.

I think the main point is that Brazil has one of the most respected plastic surgeon of the world, Dr. Ivo Pitangui and his clinic is a global benchmark in plastic surgery, so people from all around the world goes to Brazil to get it.
